Terms of Use " 365 Dentist

Article 3 Responsibilities of Users
You confirm and acknowledge that you will use the Service in accordance with these Terms of Use.
The user confirms and acknowledges that he/she uses this service of his/her own volition and assumes all responsibility for the use of this service. In addition, the user shall ultimately choose the clinic of his/her own volition, and shall not be held responsible for the treatment at each clinic.

Article 4 Indemnification

Article 10 Changes
The Company may change these Terms of Use at any time. In the event of modification of the TOS, the contents of the modification and the effective date of the modification shall be notified in a manner prescribed by the Company prior to the effective date of the modification. When a user uses the Site or the Service after the effective date of the change, the user is deemed to have agreed to the change, and the modified TOS shall apply.

All other provisions of these Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect.

Article 14 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo Summary Court or the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance, depending on the amount of the action.
